So What's in Your Makeup Bag?

Hello boys and gals. So I figured it was my time to shed some light on the world and keep you guys informed about what's really good with makeup and most importantly your skin. Makeup is fabulous but the skin under the makeup is what really counts!

Here for 5 helpful tips to remember:

1. A little goes a long way! - The one thing I hate to see is a women with 5 pounds of makeup on her face. Unless you are a drag queen preparing for a showgirls performance, there is no need to put all that makeup on your pretty little face. Makeup is supposed to enhance your look. Key word - "enhance". Its not attractive and the dudes dont like it either. It shows that you are insecure about your look and may be a bit superficial, get my drift.... So bring it down a notch ladies. Thank you. xoxoxo

2. You dont need to put foundation on every inch of your face. - For an everyday look, you can just apply foundation to those oily or blemished spots to give your face a more even look.

3. Your skin needs conditioning. - In order to maintain a healthy glow on your skin, your face needs moisturizer daily. You should always put some type of moisturizer on your face before you apply makeup. My favorite is Aveeno daily moisturizer. It provides a barrier between your face and the makeup and allows your skin to retain its moisture and breath underneath the makeup.

4. Makeup is your friend - Not your ememy. Refer to tip #1. Learn what colors look good on you and use those colors, dont just throw on colors because there in season. It doesnt work for everybody. Remember people, fresh, natural faces are in!

5. Remember to wash your face every night! - I dont care what time you come home from the work, dinner, the club, or wherever. Your face needs to breath. You are exposed to many toxins throughout the day and in order to keep your face fresh and rejuvenating, it needs to be cleaned, allowing your pores to unclog and breath.

So, tell me, what's in your makeup bag? What is the most essential thing you cant leave home without?
